Bawcro Shop – Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern all purchases made from Bawcro (the “Company”, “we”, “our”). By placing an order through our website or by phone you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products

We supply rock salt, white salt, grit bins, di-icing liquid and related winter maintenance products.
Product descriptions and images are for guidance only. Variations in packaging, colour or size may occur.
It is your responsibility to ensure products are suitable for your intended use.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are shown in GBP and are inclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
Payment is due in full by cash on delivery
We reserve the right to change prices at any time.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on demand, weather or courier availability.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Large or palletised orders may require suitable access for vehicles.

5. Refunds and Returns

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns on salt, grit, bins or spreaders once despatched.
Orders may only be cancelled prior to despatch.
If your goods arrive damaged or incorrect you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a suitable remedy (replacement or refund).
This policy does not affect your statutory rights.

6. Liability

We are not liable for any loss, damage or injury arising from misuse of our products.
Gritting products reduce risk of ice but do not guarantee complete prevention of slips or accidents.
Our total liability is limited to the value of the goods supplied.

7. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform where this is caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including severe weather, courier delays, strikes or supply chain disruption).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
